Sandra F. Rorem - Chief Executive Officer

Sandra F.Rorem - Chief Executive Officer

Sandra’s accomplished career spans over 35 years of executive leadership in all facets of healthcare delivery and health-related companies, including leading five start-up and early-stage ventures.

Sandra served as a Hospital Administrator at Providence Health System’s Cherry Hill Campus in Seattle for 18 years, followed by five years as Chief Executive Officer for Medalia Healthcare -- a 350 physician group, formed by the merger of the Providence and Franciscan Health Systems primary care networks.

Following her tenure with the Providence Health System, Sandra shifted her focus to new ventures -- primarily start-up and early stage, health-related companies. Over the last 16 years she has led five.

Sandra has served on numerous boards, is a Board Certified member and Diplomat in the American College of Health Care Executives and a member of the American College of Medical Practice Administrators. She holds an MBA from the University of Washington Foster School Of Business.

Kevin Kelley - Chief Financial Officer

KevinKelley - Chief Financial Officer

Kevin has had an extensive career in executive leadership, operations, finance, strategic sales, and consulting across multiple industries and platforms. Spanning from health care to medical devices to capital markets – and other intellectual property-dependent companies - Kevin has led a number of companies – as CEO and CFO - during periods of transition and growth. He has a successful track record monetizing the value of intellectual property.

Kevin helped lead the restructuring of ClearMedical – a company with an FDA 510k requirement for most of its devices and extremely aggressive competitive and distribution challenges. He negotiated key national purchasing agreements and then, as CFO, led a bridge and preferred round to capitalize the company’s new expansion plan.

As a health care consultant, Kevin has served as interim executive financial management for a business unit of Swedish Health Services. He was the financial interface with the health system financial team during a time of significant restructuring of the business.

Kevin began his career as a CPA at the Financial Accounting Standards Board and continued on to KPMG in Seattle as a manager in their financial services practice. After five years at KPMG he left to found an institutional fixed income portfolio advisory firm with a partner in Seattle where he specialized in mortgage backed securities and structured US Agency bonds. After eight successful years advising funds on trading strategies he left to focus on new ventures.

Mike Ribaudo, MD - President and Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Ribaudo has over 35 years’ experience as a board certified general and plastic surgeon with extensive exposure to breast cancer. He founded one of the first ambulatory surgical centers in 1983 and has developed and operated multiple facilities nationwide. He served as the CEO of Surgical Synergies. Dr. Ribaudo has served on multiple boards of directors of healthcare companies. He has served as Executive Vice President of Surgical Health Corporation and HealthSouth Surgery Centers.
Dr Ribaudo graduated from Louisiana State Medical School with postgraduate training at Emory, Washington University, and New York University. Dr. Ribaudo received an Executive MBA from Stanford. He received postgraduate management training at Harvard Law School, Kellogg and Wharton Schools of Business. He served on the Board of Directors of Flow International a publicly traded serving as the Chairman of its Compensation and Search committees.

Catherine Chatal, MD - Medical Director

CatherineChatal, MD - Medical Director

Dr. Chatal is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with over 15 years of practice experience including an extensive focus on breast reconstruction. She is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Dr. Chatal most recently practiced at the Mercy Clinic in Joplin, MO where she was recruited to restart their Breast Center following the devastating tornado in 2011. She had previously been in a private solo practice in Seattle and was awarded “Best Plastic Surgeon” in Seattle Magazine’s Best of 2007.

Dr. Chatal received her medical degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine. She went on to complete an Internship in Pediatrics at the University of Washington followed by four years of General Surgery at Mary Imogene Basset Hospital in Cooperstown, NY. She completed her plastic surgery residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in New York City.Dr. Chatal also completed a breast reconstruction fellowship with Dr. Dennis Hammond at the Center for Breast and Body Contouring in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In addition to her training, Dr. Chatal also had the unique opportunity to take a mission trip to Uganda, Africa with The Smile Train where she performed cleft lip and palate repairs as well as other needed surgeries.

Tina Vandenbosch, MD - Family Medicine Consultant

Dr. Vandenbosch is a family physician with 13 years of primary care experience in both the Seattle and Chicago metropolitan areas. She practiced full spectrum family medicine including obstetrics for Medalia Healthcare in Seattle followed by private  practice in Hinsdale, Illinois. In addition, Dr. Vandenbosch provided chronic disease management and preventative care for medically underserved and immigrant communities as a physician volunteer at DuPage County Community Clinics.
Dr. Vandenbosch received her BS in Biology at the University of Washington and is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Medicine. She completed a  Family Practice Residency program at Group Health Cooperative in Seattle, Washington.ington.

Steve Boni - Director of Finance

SteveBoni - Director of Finance

Steve spent the past three years guiding Fortune 100 CFO organizations through strategic change as an Engagement Manager with Deloitte Consulting focused on helping clients develop reporting and analytics capabilities. He has a passion for driving business decisions through efficient management reporting and analytics that provide visibility to the health of the business and ready access to valuable, actionable insights.

Steve has a track record of developing and funding business cases, identifying Key Performance Indicators, and implementing processes and systems to provide regular visibility to those KPIs. He has built executive financial and operational reporting dashboards for large enterprises in the healthcare, retail, and semiconductor industries and established performance management rigor for a small but rapidly growing consulting business.

Steve has his MBA from the Foster School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington. Prior to business school, Steve spent five years bringing products to market in global manufacturing firms.

Byron Stuck - Director of Operations

ByronStuck - Director of Operations

Byron has worked in health care leadership positions for over 30 years. He’s served as a Hospital Administrator, Clinic Administrator and most recently a Finance Director. He’s also held senior planning and project leadership roles.

Byron worked most recently at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in the Legal Department as Director of Grants Management & Inquiry as well as Senior Project manager. But Byron enjoyed the majority of his career growing in progressively higher levels of responsibility at Group Health Cooperative of Puget Sound. Byron’s roles spanned staff and line responsibilities, working in both the delivery setting as well as the corporate offices.

Prior to working at Group Health, Byron worked for two healthcare consulting groups in Michigan performing cost containment, planning and systems improvement work. Byron received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Systems Improvement from the University of Michigan. Following his work in consulting, Byron returned to school in Ann Arbor to obtain a Health Services Administration degree from the Public Health School.

Suzanne Hansen, RN - Director of Clinical Affairs/Nurse Educator

Suzanne Hansen, RN - Director of Clinical Affairs/Nurse Educator

Suzanne Hansen is an RN with 14 years of patient care experience in Seattle, Washington.

She worked on medical and cardiac intensive care units and specialized in the primary and intensive care of pediatric bone marrow transplant patients at Swedish Medical Center and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Her career also included outpatient clinical, chemotherapy infusion and discharge planning nursing.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Washington.

Norm LeRoux - General Manager, Concure Canada

Norm’s career includes over 18 years in the medical device market, including sales, sales management, product development, marketing, and business development.

Norm has been instrumental in the development and commercialization of diverse new technologies, devices, and product lines, including the Breast Microseed Treatment. He has fostered and developed long-standing relationships with North American Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicist, Brachytherapy programs and industry partners.

Sharon Purcell - Marketing and Brand Management

Sharon has had a 25-year career in sales, marketing, business development and operations, working for both Fortune 100 companies like GE, as well as for start-ups. She has held leadership roles across multiple industries, and has a strong track record of driving business transformation and growth in highly competitive markets. Sharon has dedicated the past five years to consulting with healthcare start-ups, leading brand management, sales, marketing, and communications.

Sharon has built business models and initiatives from the ground up, and has breathed new life into failing or stalled initiatives that led to explosive growth. In her 15 years with GE, she was responsible for contributing in excess of $1 billion to the bottom line. In addition to her primary responsibilities, she was a founding member of the GE Women’s Network, a business organization that fosters professional women’s development to attract, advance and retain successful women throughout the company. As a leader in the Network for 10 years she helped fuel its growth, expanding the organization to 50,000 members globally where female leaders generated $50 billion in revenue. She is enormously proud to have been part of such ground-breaking women’s empowerment. 

Sharon believes that work was a vital stepping stone in the path of using her voice to change women’s lives. Her expertise lies not only in her ability to translate company vision into compelling, values-based messaging, but also as an inspiring storyteller. Sharon received her B.A. in English/Writing from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas

Betsy Bahn - Operations and Customer Support Manager

Betsy Bahn - Operations and  Customer Support Manager

Betsy brings over 20 years of health care operations experience. She served as Clinic Administrator at several primary care clinics in Providence Health System’s Medalia HealthCare where she improved front end processes, supervised staff and physician relations and managed office relocations and remodels.

She honed her project management skills while part of a hospital-based practice management group where she developed a hospital-wide emergency preparedness plan, analyzed reimbursements for individual physician practices, and managed a systems conversion including the drafting of user documentation.

Betsy received her BA from Haverford College in Pennsylvania.

Michael Creswell - Manager for Clinical Affairs

Michael graduated from Santa Clara University with a B.S. in Biology and Biotechnology and plans to attend medical school.

Prior to matriculation into medical school, he is taking time to explore various aspects of the medical field in-depth. His experience includes working as an Emergency Medical Technician, Medical Assistant, and Medical Scribe, clinical and laboratory research, and multiple international medical immersion experiences.

Michael works on our Clinical Affairs team coordinating the Scientific Advisory Board, supporting clinical aspects of new customer implementation, training, and ongoing support, as well as facilitating the expansion of the Patient Registry.

For over 25 years as both an entrepreneur and executive, Andrea has connected companies with the communities they serve. She has demonstrated success supporting innovative, impactful ideas and difference makers who have missions to solve important business and social challenges.
